Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Slice the tomatoes into circles.

Chop the green onion finely.
- Green onions: 0.2 bunch

Cut out 2 circles from the lavash equal to the diameter of your pan.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, season with salt and pepper to taste, and lightly beat with a mixer until smooth.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Milk: 70 ml
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Add green onion and mix.
- Green onions: 0.2 bunch

Heat the pan with 1 tsp of olive oil, pour half of the egg mixture with a ladle, and quickly spread it across the pan like pancake batter, reducing the heat to medium.
- Olive oil: 2 teaspoons

When the egg flatbread sets on top, sprinkle with 1/2 part of cheese, cover with a round of lavash and press it around the perimeter with a spatula to stick it to the egg flatbread.
- Hard cheese: 100 g
- Armenian lavash: 1 piece

After that, carefully flip everything so that the lavash is on the bottom.

Place 4 slices of tomato on half of the flatbread and cover with the other half, hold over the fire for a couple of minutes, then flip and brown the other side for another couple of minutes.

For convenience, cut into portion-sized triangles and repeat the same with the remaining ingredients, resulting in 2 flatbreads or 8 pieces.
