Baked omelet with smoked sausage, tomatoes, and onions is a dish with an Italian flair that combines the rich flavor of smoked salami, the tenderness of baked eggs, and the freshness of tomatoes. It resembles traditional frittatas made in Italy by adding various seasonal ingredients. Fragrant green onions add a light spiciness to the dish, while the pepper mix enhances its flavor. Baking in the oven allows the eggs to set evenly, creating an appetizing texture. This omelet is perfect for a hearty breakfast or a light dinner and doesn't require much time to prepare. It can be served with crispy bread or a fresh salad, enjoying the harmony of Mediterranean flavors and aromas.
