Fried Batata Harra Potatoes

Batata Harra is a Lebanese version of fried potatoes. Spices add authenticity to this simple dish: cumin, coriander and cayenne pepper, which go into the hot oil in a frying pan before the main ingredient. At the end, be sure to add cilantro, lemon juice and garlic.
