In the jar, we add oats, (coconut) milk, yogurt, honey, and vanillin.
- Oat flakes: 0.3 glass
- Milk: 0.3 glass
- Natural yoghurt: 0.3 glass
- Honey: 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin: 0.5 teaspoon

Close the lid and shake well until all ingredients are mixed.
