Place one rack in the middle of the oven and the other about 10 cm from the top heating element. Turn on only the top heating element. Cut the buns in half, place them cut side up on parchment paper, and toast for 2-4 minutes until golden brown. Set the oven temperature to 200 degrees and move the buns to the middle rack.

Fry the bacon over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel, cover with foil, and place in the oven to keep warm.

Wipe the pan where the bacon was fried dry and place it on low heat. Melt the butter and spread it over the entire surface of the pan. Beat the eggs in two bowls (2 eggs in each). Pour the eggs from both bowls into the pan simultaneously. Season with salt and pepper, and fry for 2 minutes.

If necessary, finish cooking the eggs under a lid for no more than 3 minutes. Remove the eggs from the pan and assemble the sandwich — place all ingredients between the buns in the following order: eggs, cheese, bacon.
