Oatmeal pancake with cheese

A tasty and low-calorie alternative to pancakes. And also a way to diversify the usual egg dishes.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk and salt. Whisk with a fork or whisk.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Milk: 40 ml
- Salt: pinch

Grind the oatmeal in a blender or coffee grinder – either to flour or just slightly. Add to the egg mixture and mix.
- Oat flakes: 2 tablespoons

Pour the egg mixture into a heated, greased pan, fry for a couple of minutes on one side, and when set, flip to the other side. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat until done. It's better to fry a pancake made from two eggs in a large pan, otherwise flipping it can be problematic.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and place it on the pancake. Fold the pancake in half and heat for another half minute. Serve. Enjoy your meal!
