Pancakes in the oven

Oven pancakes are an elegant reinterpretation of the classic Russian dish. Their history traces back to traditional pancakes, but baking them makes them especially airy and tender. The rich flavor of melted butter and vanilla sugar gives them a subtle aroma, while cane sugar adds a light caramel note. These pancakes are perfect for breakfast or a cozy family tea time. They can be served with jam, sour cream, or fresh berries, enjoying the soft texture and crispy golden crust. The simplicity of preparation makes them an excellent option for those who want to delight their loved ones with something tasty without extra hassle.
