Oatmeal pancakes with chocolate

Oatmeal pancakes are good for breakfast or dessert, they can be used to deliciously diversify the usual oatmeal. The complete absence of flour and sugar in the dough will please lovers of healthy food, and sweet milk chocolate can be easily replaced with dark 70 % (or any other). Have a light and nutritious start to your day!

Pour hot milk over the flakes and let it sit covered for 10-15 minutes.
- Milk: 0.5 glass
- Oat flakes: 0.5 glass

When the porridge cools slightly, we add (previously beaten with salt) egg, cinnamon, and butter, and mix.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Ground cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
- Salt: pinch
- Melted butter: 20 g

Place small pancakes on a dry heated skillet and cook over moderate heat until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes on each side).

Meanwhile, we break the chocolate into pieces (usually the bar is already divided into squares). We decorate each ready hot pancake with a separate piece.
- Milk chocolate: 60 g

Warm pancakes with slightly melted chocolate pair perfectly with black coffee (as a dessert) or are served for breakfast (as an alternative to porridge).
