We squeeze juice from 4 large green apples (preferably Antonovka) and 3 large carrots (if small, increase the quantity).

We peel the avocado and remove the pit (it can be done without avocado, its role in the smoothie is to provide creaminess, its taste is so neutral compared to other ingredients that it can be skipped without compromising quality.

In a blender, blend avocado, banana, black currant, apple-carrot juice, and a glass of milk (I use almond milk; any type can be used: regular, rice, etc.) for 5 minutes until smooth.
