Peach casserole is a delicate and aromatic dish of European cuisine that enchants with its light creamy-fruity flavor. The origins of such casseroles go back centuries when cottage cheese and fruit desserts became popular due to their simplicity and rich taste. This recipe harmoniously combines an airy yogurt base, tender peaches, and crunchy cookies. The casserole gains softness from semolina, while butter adds a subtle aroma. It is perfect for breakfast or a light dessert, especially in warm weather when you crave something refreshing. Serving with peach slices makes the dish appealing and appetizing, while its moderate sweetness allows you to enjoy it without guilt. A great option for family gatherings or cozy tea time.
