Put everything in the blender and grind. We get a thick, lumpy mass.
- Cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
- Oatmeal: 200 g
- Skim milk: 100 ml
- Vanilla protein: 40 g
- Nuts: to taste
- Sunflower seeds: to taste

We spread it on a board, on foil or parchment paper in a layer of 1-2 cm, and smooth it out.

Cover the top with foil as well. Use a rolling pin to smooth the surface.

Remove the foil and cut into squares (sticks, bars as you like) directly on the board with a knife. Place the board in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
