Beat the eggs and add sugar, salt, and kefir. Mix the flour with baking soda and add it to the egg-kefir mixture, then pour in melted butter at the end.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Kefir: 2 glasss
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Slaked soda: 1 teaspoon
- Melted butter: 2 tablespoons

Fry in a hot pan. Flip them as soon as the surface is covered with nice bubbles. If you let them burst, the second side will look different from the first.
