Yogurt with baked apple is a delicate and harmonious combination of lightness and sweet fruity aroma. The roots of the recipe trace back to Russian cuisine, where baked apples were often used as a healthy and fragrant dessert. Baked with cinnamon and vanilla sugar, they acquire a soft texture and rich flavor. When combined with natural yogurt, the apples create a tender texture with a slight tartness that can be softened with honey or rosehip syrup. Walnuts add a subtle crunchy note, highlighting the richness of flavors. This dish is perfect for a light breakfast, healthy snack, or exquisite dessert, combining the benefits of probiotics and natural fruits in one simple yet elegant recipe.
