Put water on the fire. After a couple of minutes, pour milk into the water.
- Water: 200 ml
- Milk: 200 ml

After another 5 minutes, start adding the dry ingredients (carefully sprinkle with one spoon while mixing with the other to avoid lumps). Sequence: talcan (barley groats), flax flour or porridge (crushed flax seeds), milk thistle flour, pine nut flour.
- Barley: 2 tablespoons
- Flaxseed porridge: 2 tablespoons
- Milk Thistle Seed Flour: 1 teaspoon
- Pine nut flour: 1 teaspoon

Add baking soda in a couple more minutes.
- Soda: pinch

Once the porridge is close to boiling, turn it off.

After a couple of minutes, add date syrup (you can use agave, maple, or any other favorite natural syrup instead of date syrup).
