Rye flatbreads are a traditional treat of Russian cuisine, rooted in rural life where rye flour was the basis of baking. These flatbreads have a rich, slightly sweet flavor with subtle nutty notes of rye. The crispy crust combines with a tender, soft texture inside, creating a unique harmony of taste. They can be served with honey, jam, or sour cream and used as a base for various snacks.
