Mix the cottage cheese with the curd mass and egg.
- Cottage cheese 5%: 250 g
- Curd mass: 250 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Add vanilla sugar or vanilla extract and three full tablespoons of flour, mix well. You can also add some washed and dried raisins.
- Vanilla sugar: 10 g
- Wheat flour: 60 g
- Light raisins: 20 g

From the obtained mass, take small portions with a tablespoon and shape round syrniki about 1.5 cm thick on a lightly floured surface.

Place the cheese pancakes on a preheated skillet with vegetable oil, leaving some space between them for easy removal.
- Vegetable oil: 40 ml

Fry the syrniki on both sides over low heat until golden brown. Serve with sour cream, jam, or simply dust with powdered sugar.
