Protein bars are a modern and healthy snack that originated in America during the health-conscious era. They combine the sweetness of honey, a light fruity tartness from raisins, and the softness of ripe bananas to create a rich flavor with nutty notes. The inclusion of oats gives them a tender texture, while added protein makes them an ideal energy source for athletes and active individuals. Frozen before slicing, they acquire a dense consistency convenient for on-the-go consumption. These bars are an excellent option for a snack at any time of day, providing essential nutrients without excess sugar and artificial additives.
