Put the cottage cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork.
- Low-fat cottage cheese: 150 g

Line the baking tray with parchment paper or grease it with a little butter. Place the cheese-banana mixture on it, it's easier to divide it into several patties rather than making one large one, and send it to the oven for about 10 minutes.
