We grind the oats and nuts in a blender.
- Oatmeal: 100 g
- Nuts: 50 g

Pour boiling water over the dried apricots and raisins.
- Raisin: 20 g

We crack an egg into the oatmeal with nuts and add kefir.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Nuts: 50 g
- Kefir: 500 ml

Add raisins and dried apricots, mix everything thoroughly. The dough should be thick enough to shape easily by hand.

We shape and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper lightly greased with oil.
