Mash the cottage cheese well with a fork or blend it in a blender. Add the yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, and mix well. Sift in the flour and mix the mass well again. Use a spoon moistened with water to scoop some of the cottage cheese mixture.

- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
