Oatmeal with vanilla, apple and peanut butter

Oatmeal with vanilla, apple, and peanut butter is a refined breakfast that combines a delicate texture and rich flavor. Vanilla adds subtle sweetness, honey complements the aroma, and peanut butter adds creamy richness. Grated apple refreshes the dish with a light tartness, balancing the flavor palette. This recipe comes from European cuisine where simplicity meets sophistication. It is perfect for a lively morning, providing nutrients and energy for the whole day. The porridge has a warming effect and its thick consistency makes it especially cozy on cool days. This dish is easy to adapt: you can add cinnamon, nuts or dried fruits to create new flavor nuances. It is ideal for family breakfasts as well as a healthy snack before an important day.

Boil milk in a saucepan, add honey, peanut butter, and the contents of half a vanilla pod (the oily black seeds). Stir, add oats, and cook according to the time indicated on the package. In the last minute of cooking, remove the oatmeal from the heat, add grated (sorry for the tautology) apple, and cook until thickened.
