Air curd casserole with milk

Airy cottage cheese casserole with milk is a true embodiment of comfort and tenderness, familiar to everyone since childhood. This recipe comes from Russian cuisine, where simple yet quality ingredients turn into culinary masterpieces. Thanks to whipped egg whites and soft cottage cheese, the casserole becomes light as a cloud, while vanilla adds a subtle aroma. You can add raisins, nuts, or fresh berries to diversify the taste. The golden crust formed during baking creates a pleasant contrast with the softness of the dish's interior. Perfect for breakfast or a light dessert, especially if decorated with jam or berries. This is not just a casserole — it's a warm memory of cozy home evenings.
