Milk rice porridge with apples and raisins is a cozy dish that warms the soul. The roots of this recipe go deep into European gastronomy, where such porridges were symbols of home warmth and care. The delicate texture of rice soaked in milk and the light sweetness of raisins perfectly combine with caramelized apples, adding fruity freshness to the dish. The aroma of cinnamon and vanilla evokes childhood memories and creates a cozy atmosphere. This porridge is perfect for breakfast or a light dessert, offering warmth and enjoyment in every spoonful.

1
Rinse the rice several times. Add water (1:2, i.e., water should be 1.5–2 times more than rice — it should take up 1.5–2 times more space in the pot) and put on maximum heat to bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and reduce the heat to 'low'.
- Round rice: 150 g
- Water: 300 ml
2
When the water starts to evaporate gradually, pour in milk (or cream), add raisins and cane sugar, and mix well. If the milk/water has evaporated and the rice is still raw, add more liquid.
- Milk 3.5%: 70 ml
- Raisin: 50 g
- Cane sugar: 50 g

Add 3 cloves, sprinkle with cinnamon to taste, and knead again.
- Carnation: 3 pieces
- Ground cinnamon: to taste
4
Heat butter in a pan. Place medium-cut apple slices in the butter and sprinkle with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon to taste. Reduce heat and sauté over medium heat. A caramel smell will arise.
- Butter: 15 g
- Apple: 2 pieces
- Ground cinnamon: to taste
- Cane sugar: 50 g

Now that the porridge and apples are ready, to your taste: you can mix the apples with the porridge (it will be very delicious) or just decorate.
