Oatmeal porridge based on the Black Forest cake
1 serving
15 minutes
Oatmeal inspired by the 'Black Forest' cake is a refined blend of a classic dessert and a healthy breakfast. Inspired by the famous German pie, it combines the tender texture of oats with the rich flavor of cocoa, the aroma of vanilla and espresso, creating depth and complexity of taste. The sweet-sour cherry plays a special role, simmered in syrup with kirsch, adding a touch of festive elegance. The mascarpone cream gives the oatmeal a velvety texture and completes its rich flavor profile. This dish will not only surprise with its resemblance to dessert but also serve as an excellent breakfast option for culinary experiment enthusiasts. It is recommended to serve hot, garnished with fresh cherries to convey the fullness of its refined and harmonious taste.
