Cut the vanilla pod in half. Use the sharp edge of a knife to scrape out the black vanilla seeds from the pod. The more seeds you manage to scrape out, the better.
- Vanilla pod: 1 piece

Pour milk into a saucepan, add a teaspoon of honey, and place it over medium heat. Add a cinnamon stick, vanilla seeds, and the pod to the milk. Bring the milk to a boil, stir in the oats, and cook for 5-7 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat. Carefully extract the cinnamon stick and vanilla pod, rinse them, and dry. Cover the porridge with a lid and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
- Milk 3.2%: 300 ml
- Flower honey: 1.5 tablespoon
- Cinnamon sticks: 1 piece
- Vanilla pod: 1 piece
- Hercules: 60 g

For the sauce, heat a heavy-bottomed pan, add pine nuts to its surface and roast them dry for 1-2 minutes. Add previously soaked dried figs cut into pieces; a vanilla pod, a cinnamon stick, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of water. Place over medium heat and cook while stirring. Wait until the syrup boils and thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pine nuts: 1 tablespoon
- Dried figs: 20 g
- Vanilla pod: 1 piece
- Cinnamon sticks: 1 piece
- Flower honey: 1.5 tablespoon

Remove the sauce from heat and mix it into the porridge. Serve the porridge, optionally garnished with fresh figs on top.
