Muesli-based air pastry is a light and healthy dessert inspired by European healthy eating traditions. It features fiber-rich oats and fruits that provide natural sweetness and freshness. Whipped egg whites give the pastry airiness and tenderness, creating a texture similar to a light cloud. This dessert is perfect for a morning treat or snack, providing an energy boost and pleasant aftertaste. It can be served as a standalone dish or complemented with yogurt and honey to enhance flavor nuances. Easy to prepare and refined in taste, it fits perfectly into the concept of proper nutrition, combining health benefits with gastronomic pleasure.
