For the apricot filling, mix pitted apricots, yogurt, eggs, and starch. Spread the filling over the dough.

For the muesli filling: boil butter, brown sugar, and cream for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the pot from the heat, add crushed crispy muesli, and mix well.
