Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Remove the mozzarella from the packaging and let the liquid drain. Slice it.
- Mozzarella cheese: 200 g

Cut the cherry in half.
- Cherry tomatoes: 500 g

Spread pesto sauce on the toasts and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then, add tomatoes and cheese on top of the toasts. Add a little more sauce on top.
- Pesto: 12 tablespoons
- Toast bread: 4 pieces

Bake the sandwiches in a hot oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts.

When the sandwiches are ready, sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top and add chopped arugula.
