Apple, Banana, and Quinoa Bowl

Cut the bananas and apples into small cubes.
- Bananas: 1 piece
- Apple: 1 piece

Melt sugar in a thick-bottomed pan until caramel color, add fruits and stir while keeping on heat until the caramel fully melts and the fruits caramelize.
- Sugar: 60 g

Remove from heat and set aside.

Rinse the quinoa. Remember that during cooking, the grain increases in size by about three times, so choose an appropriately sized pot.
- Quinoa: 70 g

Pour 300 ml of water over quinoa, bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and cook for about 15 minutes to absorb the water.
- Water: 300 ml
- Quinoa: 70 g

Then leave it covered for another 5 minutes, and then fluff with a fork. This will make the quinoa fluffier.

Add milk to the quinoa, cover it, and let it sit off the heat for another 5-10 minutes to allow the milk to absorb.
- Milk: 200 ml

Place in a bowl, decorate with apples and bananas, and sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
