First, prepare the dough. Mix wheat flour, water, and salt. Knead until the dough stops sticking to your hands and becomes elastic.
- Wheat flour: 700 g
- Water: 200 ml
- Salt: 1 teaspoon

Then wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Grate 2 cheeses — suluguni and imeretian on a coarse grater and mix them.
- Suluguni cheese: 500 g
- Imeretian cheese: 100 g

Take the dough out and roll it thin with a rolling pin.

Cut the dumplings with a convenient round shape.

Add a little cheese to the center of each circle and seal the edges.

Pour water into a large pot and place it on the fire.
