Spicy Leeks in Sour Cream and Balsamic Cream
1 serving
15 minutes
This signature recipe transforms simple leeks into an exquisite dish with rich flavor. The leeks caramelize in butter, developing a delicious golden crust, while spices like nutmeg and chili pepper add a piquant depth. White wine adds sophistication, highlighting the natural sweetness of the leeks, and a delicate sour cream cushion provides softness and creamy texture. The finishing touch is drops of balsamic cream that add a noble sweet-sour note. This dish is perfect as an appetizer or an elegant complement to main courses.
