Chop dried fruits finely, grind nuts, and mash the banana with a fork. Mix everything with oats, honey, and fruit puree. Let it sit for 15 minutes. (You can use lighter oats or granola, but then reduce the amount of puree by about one and a half times.)
- Prunes: 5 piece
- Dried apricots: 5 piece
- Nuts: 2 tablespoons
- Bananas: 1 piece
- Oat flakes: 1 glass
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Fruit puree: 180 g

The finished mixture should have a consistency similar to thick oatmeal. If the consistency is dry, it can be diluted with boiling water, about 1-2 tablespoons. Conversely, add some oats if the consistency seems wet.

Line the baking tray with parchment paper and grease it with a thin layer of oil. Spread the oatmeal mixture on the parchment in an even one-centimeter layer. Bake at 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Cut the slice into equal portions. Place two halves of a date on top and wrap each portion in separate foil. Enjoy with coffee or tea.
