Add all ingredients to the blender and mix until smooth.
- Apple: 1 piece
- Vegetable oil: 0.5 glass
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Soda: 1 teaspoon
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Gluten free flour: 1.5 glass

Fry pancakes in a small amount of oil or without oil if you have a good non-stick pan. Use 1-1.5 tablespoons of batter for one.
