This recipe is rooted in the traditions of home baking, where each hostess aimed to create a simple yet delicious delicacy for her loved ones. The sticks are soft inside and slightly crispy outside due to the delicate dough made with flour and baking powder. They can be served with jam or sour cream, adding an extra creamy note to the dish.
