While the rice is cooking, rinse the raisins and soak them in boiling water to soften.
- Raisin: 100 g

Once the water drains from the rice, transfer it to a pot with hot milk, add raisins, stir and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Then add sugar and salt, mix, cover with a lid and let it steam in a water bath for 10-15 minutes.
