Matcha waffles with salmon are an exquisite blend of Japanese flavors, where the tenderness of airy batter infused with matcha aroma harmonizes with creamy avocado and the rich taste of lightly salted salmon. This recipe is inspired by Japanese traditions of using matcha green tea in baking, giving the waffles a slight bitterness and subtle herbal note. The creamy structure of avocado, complemented by apple cider vinegar and olive oil, creates a perfect balance, while sesame seeds add a nutty touch. These waffles make an excellent option for an elegant breakfast or light dinner, surprising with their unique texture and flavor combination.
