Lavash corners with sausage and cheese are a cozy and appetizing snack that is easy to prepare and incredibly tasty. This recipe has its roots in Russian cuisine, where simple yet hearty dishes are valued. The crispy golden lavash hides a juicy filling of sausage, melted cheese, and fresh vegetables complemented by aromatic spices and herbs. By dipping the triangles in an egg-milk mixture and frying them in a pan, we get golden-brown tender corners with a rich, slightly spicy flavor. They are perfect as a hearty breakfast, light snack or addition to lunch, especially when paired with aromatic coffee or tea. Lavash corners can be served hot or cold while maintaining their appetizing nature and rich flavor nuances.
