Golden galleons are small delicate cheese pancakes that are golden on the outside and soft on the inside. Their base consists of cottage cheese, semolina, and flour that come together in a perfect consistency. The name of this dish is associated with precious coins, symbolizing the golden crust formed during frying. The history of such pastries goes deep into Russian cuisine where cottage cheese products have always held a special place. The taste of these pancakes is a light sweetness complemented by a delicate vanilla aroma. They pair wonderfully with sour cream, fruit syrup or jam, making them an ideal option for breakfast or dessert. These galleons are not only tasty but also convenient to prepare, and their simplicity allows for experimentation with add-ins and fillings.

Mix semolina, salt, sugar, and vanillin together.
- Semolina: 24 g
