Mash the cottage cheese with a blender. You can use homemade or store-bought cottage cheese; if it's dry, add a little milk.

- Bran: 50 g

Place the non-stick pan on medium heat.

Wet your hands with cold water, roll the cottage cheese into balls, and coat them well in bran.

Place the cheese pancakes (preferably one at a time) in the pan and flatten with a spatula.

Fry on one side until the cheese pancake starts to lift easily from the pan when lifted with a spatula. Do the same on the other side.
