Mix cottage cheese, yolk, flour, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Then leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Cottage cheese 12%: 400 g
- Egg yolk: 2 pieces
- Wheat flour: 70 g
- Sugar: 80 g
- Vanilla extract: 5 ml

Form the mass into 50-gram syrniki and fry in vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side.
- Vegetable oil: 10 ml
