Overnight Oats

The recipe is taken from the book "Pumpkin Stories". "Overnight oats are one of the easiest, tastiest and most balanced breakfasts that are prepared the night before. From now on, no more excuses that you are in a hurry in the morning and don't have time for breakfast! Now you can spend just 5 minutes on overnight oats in the evening, and in the morning just take a beautiful jar of porridge out of the refrigerator and enjoy a healthy breakfast.

In a bowl, mix pumpkin, milk, and yogurt. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pumpkin: 60 g
- Almond milk: 0.5 glass
- Greek yogurt: 0.3 glass
- Spices: 0.3 teaspoon
- Cinnamon: 0 g

Divide into two small bowls, cups or jars. Cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight (or at least for 1 hour for the oats to absorb the liquid and become soft). Optionally, you can decorate with 1-2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup and chopped nuts: hazelnuts, pecans or walnuts.
- Honey: to taste
- Oat flakes: 1 glass

In the morning, take it out of the fridge, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with nuts for a tastier crunch if needed. Enjoy the overnight oats cold or heat in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
