Add cottage cheese, egg, and sour cream to a deep bowl and mix.
- Cottage cheese 1%: 450 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sour cream 20%: 2 tablespoons

Then add sugar, vanillin, and flour, mixing until smooth.
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Vanillin: pinch
- Wheat flour: 1.5 tablespoon

Wash and dry the raisins, add to the cottage cheese, and mix.
- Seedless raisins: 2 tablespoons

Heat the pan slightly, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, and turn the burner to the lowest power.
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

Wet your hands in cold water, scoop the cottage cheese mixture with a tablespoon (with a small mound), form a ball with your hands and place it in the pan. Do this several times until the pan is filled. (Place the syrniki apart from each other, as you will need to press them slightly with a spatula when flipping to give them their usual shape) Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side, cooking covered; you can remove the lid 2 minutes before they are done.

Remove from the pan, wipe off excess oil with a paper towel. Serve with sour cream, jam, yogurt (optional).
