Mix the cottage cheese and milk and put it on the fire.
- Cottage cheese 12%: 1 kg
- Full-fat milk: 1 l

Bring to a boil and keep on heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

Then place it in cheesecloth and wait for the water to drain.

Add one yolk, 50 g of butter, salt to taste, 0.5 tsp of baking soda extinguished with vinegar, squeeze garlic, and add finely chopped dill.

- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Dill: 0.5 bunch
