Prepare fluffy rice.
- Long grain rice: 100 g

Thoroughly mix the cooked and cooled rice with a portion of 1-2 tablespoons of smelt caviar with smoked salmon.
- Caviar: 70 g
- Salmon: 70 g

Wrap the mat with a plastic bag.

Place a sheet of nori glossy side down on the mat.
- Dry seaweed nori: 1 piece

Spread the rice mixture evenly over the nori surface (leave a 1 cm margin from the far edge), and compact the rice with the back of a fork or spoon.
- Long grain rice: 100 g

Place the ingredients at the edge of the nori sheet (strips of cucumber, strips of fish, sliced salmon, cream cheese - combinations to taste).
- Cucumbers: 30 g
- Crab sticks: 2 pieces
- Salmon: 70 g
- Cream cheese: 40 g
