Boil millet from one packet to make porridge. Cool the cooked porridge without adding oil. Add an egg, fried onion in oil, flour, and salt. Shape into sticks or patties as you like, and coat in breadcrumbs.
- Millet: 500 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Onion: 1 piece
- Wheat flour: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
