Caesar Salad Sandwich

30 minutes
The Caesar salad sandwich is an exquisite blend of classic salad and crispy bread, transforming a familiar dish into a convenient and elegant snack. Its roots trace back to the famous 'Caesar' salad created in 1924 by Italian chef Caesar Cardini. The British interpretation features tender turkey fillet slow-cooked in butter with thyme and black pepper, adding juiciness and depth of flavor. The combination of crunchy romaine lettuce, butter lettuce, fresh vegetables, and Parmesan dressed with a signature sauce creates a harmony of textures. Toasted bread slices encase this symphony of flavors, making the sandwich convenient for dining. Perfect as a light lunch or original appetizer, its rich taste captivates even the most discerning gourmets.
