Wash the chicken breast, dry it, remove the skin (do not throw it away), cut it to form a roll: you should get two large pieces 1 cm thick (if the pieces are not quite even or there are more than two, it's okay, the main thing is that they can be formed into a roll).
- Chicken breast: 1 piece

Salt, pepper, and lightly pound the chicken.
- Salt: to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper: to taste

Marinate the meat in soy sauce for 2-4 hours.
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons

Grate the garlic on a fine grater or press it, and finely break the bay leaf.
- Garlic: 4 cloves

After the chicken is marinated, lay it on a board and sprinkle with khmeli-suneli, bay leaf, and grated garlic.

Form a roll and wrap it with the skin from the breast on top. It won't be possible to wrap the roll completely with the skin.

Then wrap the roll in foil and place it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Position the roll on the baking tray so that the skin side is on top.

After 40 minutes, cut the foil on top and uncover the roll, continue baking for another 15 minutes to brown it.
