20 minutes
Chicken breast pastrama is a fragrant and juicy dish from Moldovan cuisine, rooted in the traditions of meat delicacy preparation. This recipe combines simplicity and sophistication: tender chicken fillet is marinated in spicy olive oil with garlic and Italian herbs, then baked at high temperature and simmered in the turned-off oven, preserving its juiciness and rich flavor. The finished pastrama has an appetizing golden hue, a rich spicy aroma, and a velvety texture. It is perfect as an independent snack, an ingredient for sandwiches, or an addition to fresh vegetables. The simplicity of preparation and richness of flavors make chicken breast pastrama a versatile dish for everyday meals and festive gatherings.
