Pineapple and cottage cheese cream tartlets are a refined combination of sweetness and spiciness that captivates from the first bite. The history of such snacks traces back to European cuisine, where small pastry baskets serve as a base for various fillings. Here, exotic pineapple, delicate cottage cheese, and a hint of garlic create an amazing contrast of flavors. Mayonnaise with sour cream adds creamy softness, and the preparation process is simple and quick. This is the perfect dish for buffets, family celebrations, or a light treat with a glass of wine. Tartlets not only please the eye but also offer enjoyment with their balanced taste — the sweetness of pineapple harmonizes with the mild spiciness of garlic, while the creamy texture completes the gastronomic symphony.

1
Chop the pineapple finely, grate the garlic on a fine grater, and mix.
- Canned pineapple: 3 pieces
- Garlic: 1 clove
2
Add mayonnaise with sour cream (you can choose one), mix it.
- Mayonnaise: 1 teaspoon
- Sour cream: 1 teaspoon
3
Place the resulting mass into the tartlets, about a little more than half.
- Tartlets: 9 pieces
4
Spread cream cheese on top (I used Hohland with herbs), you can grate regular hard cheese and sprinkle it, but the taste will be different. I think this way it turns out softer and not dry)
- Cottage cheese: to taste
