Turkey in lavash is a combination of tender turkey flavor with crispy lavash and fresh vegetables. This dish is inspired by American fast food traditions but has Mediterranean notes thanks to Armenian lavash. Thinly fried turkey fillet pairs with juicy tomato slices, refreshing cucumbers, and spicy red onion. A light layer of mustard and mayonnaise gives the snack a rich yet balanced taste. Iceberg adds freshness and crunch, while the roll shape makes it convenient for snacking. It's an ideal choice for a quick yet nutritious lunch that can be taken on the go or enjoyed at home. The simplicity of preparation makes it accessible even for novice cooks.
